Please note that in France purchase & sale of property very much differ from practice in other countries.

Among other things, it requires very careful planning and organization, even when it is the question of presentation of property and, in particular, it takes a high degree of patience in regard to obtaining the requested information and documents. It generally takes 12 – 18 months from start till everything is totally settled.

Provided you contact us prior to contacting other agents, we can generally offer you our “agent’s service to buyer” free of charge, which is due to the fact that the local French agents grant us part of their commission.

In case you have already found the property yourself, we can, of course, also assist you. But should we fail to receive part of commission from the agent who has the property in commission, you are to pay the fee agreed - to us.
